Job description
Alpha is recruiting for a Director of Enrollment and Parent Relations to own family trust on campus and lead tough conversations from diagnosis to clear decisions. You will partner with Guides, align before and after conversations, and protect authority with students while driving retention and growth.
You will drive local demand, manage admissions follow-through at launch or under-enrolled campuses, and build strong parent networks in a fast-changing, AI-enabled education model.
