Job description
Alpha is hiring a Director of Member Relations to serve as the visible parent-and-guide leader of an Alpha campus in California. You will greet families, align with guides on sensitive student situations, lead difficult conversations, and host community events to build trust and retention.
Based on a high-trust, on-site role, you will own ongoing campus-family relationships, ensure adherence to Alpha's standards, and expand local partnerships as campuses grow.
