Job description
Alpha is seeking a Director of Family Relations to own the parent-family relationship on campus. You will lead difficult conversations, defend Alpha's model, and ensure clear decision-making with families and Guides. You’ll work across campus life, traditions, and partnerships to build trust and engagement.
You’ll collaborate with Guides to protect coaching relationships, resolve issues swiftly, and own outcomes. This role is on-site at multiple U.S.
