Job description
Alpha School is seeking a Client Success Director to own every family relationship on campus, lead hard conversations, and defend the school model with clear reasoning. You will work alongside Guides as a parent-facing co-leader, ensuring alignment and protecting the coaching relationship for students.
Based on campus phase, you will drive growth, retention, and community life, owning admissions follow-up when required and maintaining momentum through referrals and local partnerships.
