Job description
Alpha is hiring a Director of Community Engagement to own family relationships on campus, lead difficult conversations, and partner with Guides to protect the coaching relationship. You will balance growth, retention, and community life while advocating the Alpha model to skeptical families.
The role requires 5+ years of experience in high-trust relationships with families, plus a track record of decisive action and ownership of outcomes, including admissions follow-through when needed.
