Rippling is seeking a Head of Field Marketing, Core HR to shape our field events and demand-gen motion. You’ll lead a team of field marketers, align with sales, and own strategy, execution, and measurement for HR-focused programs.
In this fast-paced startup environment, you will build scalable processes, drive high-ROI events, and push for cross-functional impact across audiences, products, and segments. Travel 20-30% is expected.
