● 10+ years in construction or low-voltage or physical security or electrical, or specialty contracting.
● Experience leading multiple Project Managers, Superintendents, or Field Managers (not just field crews).
● Multi-project or portfolio management across multiple locations or states.
● Experience building operational processes.
● Strong customer-facing experience managing escalations and executive relationships.
● Experience managing subcontractors and improving field execution.
● Scheduling, forecasting, and operational ownership.
Compensation & Benefits :-
● Base Salary: $120,000 per year
