Job description
Fulcrum, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Head of Finance to build our finance function from scratch and own the company’s financial narrative. You will lead investor relations, fundraising, financial strategy, cash management, and the accounting backbone, starting as a one-person team and growing as the company scales.
You will drive ASC 606 revenue recognition, GAAP reporting, budgeting, and SaaS metrics, partnering with leadership to shape strategic decisions and investor communications.
