Job description
Carolina First Home in Greenville, SC is seeking a Financial Controller / Head of Finance to build the financial infrastructure as we scale from roughly 120 properties to 225–250 and a $50M portfolio over the next three years.
This hybrid, full-time role reports to the CEO and owns accounting oversight, portfolio financial reporting, and capital management, working with a fractional CFO to keep finances sharp as the company scales.
