Job description

Anthropic in San Francisco is seeking a Head of Business Controls to lead the organization's financial audit and SOX 404 compliance program, focusing on process controls and end-to-end financial reporting integrity as the company scales toward an IPO.

You will own audit planning, testing, remediation, and reporting, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Business teams to design scalable controls and coordinate with external auditors.
