Job description
Pease Bell, a growing public accounting firm with offices in Ohio, seeks an experienced Head of Financial Reporting to lead GAAP reporting, policies, and the annual audit. You’ll drive automation and AI enhancements across financial systems while partnering with the CFO on strategy.
You will manage the accounting team, oversee internal tax compliance including payroll taxes, and help scale the firm’s financial infrastructure to support rapid growth.
