Job description
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey seeks a General Manager of Forecasting & Capital Capacity to lead the agency’s capital capacity assessments and creditworthiness for the Capital Plan. The role oversees the Integrated Financial Model, debt issuance support, and cross-functional financial analysis for multiple departments.
Reporting to senior leadership, the GM will guide a small team, prepare quarterly Finance Committee reports, and ensure forecasts align with policy
