Job description
Nortiva Bio is seeking a Principal Scientist - Formulation to lead the Formulation Team and drive strategy for ultra-long-acting oral drug delivery programs. This role oversees polymer-drug blends, scales processes such as hot-melt extrusion and laser welding, and mentors scientists in a fast-paced biotech setting.
The ideal candidate has a Ph.D. and 10+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record in GMP submissions and leadership of cross-functional teams.
