Job description
Our client is a leading global investment firm looking to hire a Head of FP&A to lead and continue developing its financial planning and analysis function.
This is a highly visible role partnering directly with the CFO and senior leadership, providing the financial insight that supports strategic decision-making across the business. You'll own the firm's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while building a deeper understanding of business performance, cost drivers, and future investment priorities.
Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Provide senior leadership with analysis and insights to support strategic and commercial decisions
Develop management reporting, KPIs, and financial models to better understand business performance
Partner across the organization on headcount, compensation, expenses, and strategic initiatives
Lead and develop the FP&A team while continuing to improve processes, reporting, and automation
Who This Suits
12+ years of FP&A / strategic finance experience, ideally within financial services or investment management
Strong track record of partnering with CFOs and senior executives
Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Commercial, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced investment environment
