Job description
Mondrian Alpha, a leading investment firm, is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead and evolve its financial planning and analysis function in New York. You will partner directly with the CFO and senior leadership, owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to drive strategic decisions.
You will develop management reporting, KPIs, and financial models, while guiding the FP&A team, improving processes, reporting, and automation in a fast-paced investment environment.
