Job description
Delinea is seeking a Sr. Director, Marketing Operations to lead our top-of-funnel engine and turn demand into measurable pipeline. You will own the systems, data, process, and cadences that convert marketing investment into qualified opportunities at scale.
The role requires strategic operation, hands-on detail to MQL/SQL definitions, and collaboration with GTM leadership to set targets and achieve them, including near-shore data quality initiatives in Mexico.
