Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Head of Clinical Trial Liaison to lead the Global Site Management team within Global Clinical Operations.
This senior role directs strategy, oversees a global CTL organization, and partners with cross-functional leaders to align portfolio-wide operational plans. You will travel 30–40%, manage budgets and resources, and champion process innovation, including AI-enabled initiatives, across regions including US and Canada.
