Job description
KEEN is seeking a Senior Director of Product Development to lead the global footwear development organization from concept through commercialization. You will translate product strategy, consumer needs, and commercial goals into innovative, manufacturable footwear and partner with Design, Sourcing, Engineering, and factories worldwide.
The role requires a strong track record in leadership, technical product development, and cost-conscious execution within a global, matrix organization.
