Job description
Prior Labs GmbH in New York and Berlin is seeking a Head of Operations to own operational excellence across Finance, People, Legal, IT, InfoSec and Compliance as the company scales.
You will lead the operations team, design scalable processes, and coordinate with senior leaders to keep growth from breaking. This role rewards strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration and hands-on leadership. Report to the Co-CEO and partner with each function to align on priorities.
