Job description
Black Tomato is seeking a Head of Sales & Client Excellence to lead our global Sales and Operations teams and to ensure we deliver exceptional client experiences. You will own the sales plan, drive performance, and mentor senior managers, while protecting the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit that set us apart.
You will shape the client journey, align revenue targets with service excellence, and work with senior leadership to scale our premium offerings across markets, including the US.
