Crimson Education seeks a Head of Service for Crimson Rise to scale service delivery for 500+ students worldwide. Translate product vision into operational systems, onboarding, and KPI tracking for a distributed team.
You will lead a global Rise team of 15+ Strategists, 3 Student Success Managers, and 200+ tutors, partnering with sales, competition programs, and Crimson Core to ensure VIP-level outcomes.
