Job description
Continental in Fort Mill, SC seeks an experienced executive for SG 13/14 level to lead product development, technology support, and manufacturability for LT4x4 AT+ tires worldwide. You will shape strategy with OEMs, translate customer needs into R&D requirements, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant programs.
You will coordinate planning, budgeting, and talent development, while overseeing transfers, QA, and product lifecycle activities across global programs.
