Job description
Strata Critical Medical, Inc. is seeking aDirector of Ground Operations to lead a nationwide ground services division from our Chandler, AZ base. You will own performance, drive operational metrics, and manage budgets and cost controls to achieve strategic KPIs.
The role requires leadership across multiple sites, strong financial acumen, and a focus on safety and efficiency. Significant travel, up to 25%, will be required to coordinate field operations and customer experience.
