Job description
Rippling, a leader in HR, IT, and Finance software, seeks a Director of Growth for Emerging Products to build and lead a world-class marketing team focused on non-HCM products. You’ll own multi-channel demand programs and the pipeline for multiple product lines.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Operations to drive ARR growth and shape Rippling’s marketing strategy from the ground up across new offerings.
