Job description
LoadUp is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own the growth engine across DTC and marketplace channels. This onsite role at Avalon in Alpharetta, GA, will influence revenue, acquisition, retention, and long-term customer value.
You will design strategy and execute performance, lifecycle, and marketplace growth with a high-performing team. You’ll report to executives, lead analytics and experimentation, and partner across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to drive scalable growth
