Job description
Loci is building private AI that runs on the devices people already own. Help more people discover it, experience its value, and make it part of their day.
The role
Own the journey from first discovery to repeat use. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will choose opportunities, launch experiments, analyze results, and work with product and engineering to improve the experience.
What you will own
Build a focused growth roadmap across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
Test organic discovery, app-store optimization, search, referrals, partnerships, and paid acquisition where the economics justify it.
Improve the path from download to a successful first conversation and sustained use.
Design experiments with clear hypotheses, trustworthy measurement, and decisions about what to stop, improve, or scale.
Turn user interviews, funnel analysis, and cohort data into practical product and distribution improvements.
Work with Marketing on campaigns and messaging, and share what each experiment teaches the team.
What matters most
Evidence of taking an early product from uncertain demand to repeatable growth, with a clear account of your own contribution.
Strong analytical judgment: spreadsheets, SQL or equivalent analysis tools, experimentation, attribution limits, and retention measurement.
The ability to write copy, build a landing-page experiment, and execute campaigns yourself.
Customer empathy, resourcefulness, and disciplined prioritization when time and budget are limited.
Clear communication about results, uncertainty, and tradeoffs; sound judgment about privacy and responsible measurement.
Interest in consumer software and the practical value of on-device AI.
Early priorities
Establish a credible funnel baseline, identify the largest activation obstacle, and run a focused set of experiments that inform where Loci should invest next. Success means more people reaching value and returning, with evidence that explains what changed.
Bring examples of experiments you owned, including one that failed and what you changed afterward.
