Job description
Phantom is seeking a Head of Business & Corporate Development to lead partnerships, strategic intelligence, and M&A. This role sits in the Ops Org with BizOps and Communications, and drives revenue, distribution, and inorganic growth across crypto and fintech.
You will own deal processes end to end, build market perspectives, and manage a lean team while collaborating across Product, Engineering, Ops, Marketing, and Finance.
