Job description
Mike Collins & Associates, Inc. is seeking a senior executive to lead Growth & Sales. The VP will drive a services-led growth strategy, evolve the commercial engine, and expand into Tennessee and beyond, balancing recurring revenue with services profitability.
The role reports to the President, collaborates with New Charter CRO, and builds a disciplined, scalable sales organization to fuel above-market growth while delivering strong customer relationships and market intelligence.
