Job description
DigeHealth is building the revolution of gut health — a Swiss wearable startup creating thefirst continuous, non-invasive platform for gastro-intestinal health, built hand in hand withleading Swiss university hospitals and research institutions. Peer-reviewed research, a filedinternational patent, an award-winning technology, and our first consumer device on its way tolaunch.
Reporting to the CEO, you own the journey from zero to launch. No audience, no content, nochannels today. Your mandate is to build all of it and turn it into a waiting list exceeding50,000 people and a strong pre-order book for our first consumer device, reaching everyonewhose daily life is shaped by their gut, from people living with chronic bowel issues to thosemanaging the digestive effects of new weight-loss treatments.
This is a builder role. You define the strategy and then execute it hands on.
What you’ll do
Own the consumer growth strategy from pre-launch to first revenue: waitlist, referral loops,pre-order campaign.
Build the content and community engine from scratch across social, SEO, email andpartnerships.
Run paid acquisition with rigorous attention to funnel economics and CAC.
Craft the brand narrative for a product sitting between consumer wellness and clinicalscience, working with our medical team on health claims.
Build lifecycle marketing that converts signups into customers and customers into advocates.
Set up tracking, dashboards and a clear weekly operating rhythm.
Activate partnerships with clinics, digital health providers, creators and communities.
What we’re looking for
6+ years in consumer growth or marketing, including taking a product from pre-launch to alarge engaged audience.
Ownership of a waitlist, pre-order or crowdfunding campaign that reached real scale.
Full-stack capability: copy and creative briefs, funnel models, attribution setup.
Strong command of paid social, SEO, content, lifecycle and referral mechanics.
Data fluency — decisions made from cohort behaviour and unit economics.
Comfortable starting from nothing and moving fast, and you would rather build slow trust thanfast hype.
Excited by a category most people are embarrassed to talk about.
Nice to have
Consumer health, wearables, femtech or nutrition experience.
Seed or Series A startup experience.
US market experience, with an understanding of how to extend a launch into Europe.
