CloudLinux is a global remote-first company seeking a Director of Corporate Development to drive inorganic growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic alliances. The role partners with the CFO on long-term strategy, builds disciplined deal pipelines, and leads valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
Expect to source targets in the USD 1–5 million enterprise value range, manage 1–2 closes per year, and work fully remotely with flexible hours.
