Job description
PolyAI is seeking a senior GTM leader to own the BDR organization and the PLG motion, guiding both outbound and product-led initiatives. You will recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing team, setting ramp plans and performance expectations.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to improve qualification, forecasting, and pipeline quality while shaping compensation and career paths.
