Job description
Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director of Healthcare Compliance in Lexington, MA, responsible for driving the Compliance & Ethics strategy and serving as the primary business partner to the Commercial organization. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of pharmaceutical compliance experience and strong knowledge of healthcare regulations.
This role demands a proactive leader who can shape the compliance framework and support product launches while ensuring ethical conduct. It requires collaboration with various departments and involves some travel.
