Job description

Chamber Cardio is seeking its first Head of Compliance to design, operationalize, and lead a practical compliance program spanning regulatory, corporate, clinical, government programs, and IT/security oversight. Remote, US-based—preferred ET hours—with multi-state expansion and AI-enabled workflows.

You'll report to the General Counsel and scale the function as the business grows, bringing strong judgment and collaborative leadership to move fast and safely.
