Job description
Ripple Treasury is seeking a head of Managed Services in Illinois to lead the Hedge Accounting practice, oversee delivery quality, staffing, and client satisfaction across FX and interest-rate programs. You’ll set standards, guide complex hedging positions, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale the service.
You will bring 12+ years in accounting with a focus on derivatives, plus 5+ years leading managers. A CPA and advanced accounting/finance degree are highly valued.
