Job description
Ripple is seeking a Head of Managed Services for the Hedge Accounting practice in New York. You’ll lead a team of Derivative Accountants, own delivery quality, staffing, and KPI-driven performance across FX and Interest Rate risk programs.
You’ll resolve complex de-designations, auditor questions, and set the technical standards for ASC 815 and IFRS 9. The NY base salary range is $196,000–$240,000 USD, with equity and bonus opportunities.
