Job description
Chase Auto is seeking an Executive Director for the High Net Worth Concierge within Chase Auto Direct. You will design, launch, and scale a premium concierge model that enhances client experience, engages bankers and partners, and improves conversion while preserving underwriting authority and risk discipline.
The role requires senior leadership across underwriting, risk, operations, product, analytics, and client-channel partners to deliver a measurable, scalable service with strong controls.
