Job description
AXA XL seeks a Head of Human Resources Business Partners, Americas to lead HRBP, Employee Relations and Immigration for ~3,000 colleagues. You will set regional people strategy, build a ~17-person team, and drive HR transformation with AI-enabled practices while ensuring privacy and ethical oversight.
You will partner with CHRO, Americas and global HR teams to deliver integrative talent solutions, governance and local relevance across the employee lifecycle.
