Job description
Novanta Inc. is seeking a Head of HR Enablement for the U.S. Region to champion the One Novanta culture and elevate manager capability across the country. You will coach a local HRE team, drive talent development, and ensure consistent HR delivery aligned with global programs and labor law compliance.
You will partner with COEs and site leaders to deploy workforce plans, enhance HR processes, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve service delivery and workforce outcomes across multiple sites.
