NewcrestImage Management is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead all people functions for its corporate office and hotel operations across a 35-hotel portfolio in the United States. This hands-on, strategic leader will own talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and training to support rapid growth and new openings.
Ideal candidates have hospitality HR experience, multi-property oversight and a track record shaping culture.
