Edwards Electrical & Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Director of HR and Payroll in Indianapolis, IN to lead HR governance, payroll operations, and recruiting administration.
This role oversees benefits, compensation, HRIS, and regulatory compliance while partnering with the Controller on financial reporting and budgeting. The ideal candidate will manage investigations, audits, and employee relations, ensure policy adherence, and drive automation and continuous improvement across HR and payroll
