Job description
BlackLine is seeking a Senior Director, HR Technology to oversee the HR IT team's day‑to‑day operations, ensuring system stability and security while driving continuous improvement of Workday and the broader HR tech landscape.
The role will define and execute BlackLine’s HR AI strategy, build an AI‑centric technology roadmap, and lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and automation across core HR processes. Collaboration with HR leadership and enterprise IT is essential.
