Job description
Rent the Runway is hiring an HR lead for our Secaucus, NJ and Arlington, TX fulfillment centers. You will oversee all people-related matters, lead a team of HRBPs and admins, and partner with senior management to implement HR programs that align with business goals.
You will travel regularly between Secaucus and Texas facilities, shaping policy, practice, and culture while ensuring legal compliance across regions. This role sits within the central People Team and reports to the leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
