Greenville, SC | Six-Figure Opportunity | Full-Time
Watson is launching a new HVAC & Mechanical Operations division , and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC professional who wants the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
For years, Watson has successfully served the Upstate through our established duct cleaning, chimney, mold, and remediation operations. As our business continues to grow, we’re bringing HVAC and mechanical services in-house—and we’re looking for the person who can lead the charge.
This is more than a technician role. You’ll have the opportunity to build the division, establish the operation, lead a team, and play a key role in its growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and day-to-day operations of Watson’s new HVAC & Mechanical division
Build and grow the division from the ground up
Develop processes, systems, and best practices for the new operation
Lead, train, and mentor HVAC team members as the division grows
Perform and oversee residential and commercial HVAC work
Help identify new opportunities and develop the division’s service offerings
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, professionalism, and customer service
Serve as a technical resource and leader for the team
Help establish relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners
Take ownership of the division’s performance and long-term growth
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is experienced, driven, and ready to take ownership.
You should be:
An experienced HVAC professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience
Technically knowledgeable and confident in your trade
A true self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
Entrepreneurial-minded and excited by the opportunity to build something new
A natural leader who can train, motivate, and develop a team
Someone who takes pride in their work and believes in doing the job right
Committed to integrity, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship
Comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and taking initiative
Interested in building something long-term—not simply punching a clock
