Job description
Kforce is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise IAM and security automation from Fort Lauderdale, overseeing governance, access lifecycle, SSO/MFA, and RBAC. You will lead an automation engineering team building scalable integrations and secure workflows across security, identity, cloud, ITSM, and HR systems.
The role requires 12+ years in cybersecurity/IT with 5+ years in leadership of IAM or engineering teams, plus strong API, automation, and DevSecOps expertise.
