This role suits someone who enjoysoperatingat multiple levels.You'llhelp shape strategy, buildplans,and then work across the business to bring them to life. Plus,you'llbe equally comfortablethinking about thebig picture and getting hands-on to deliver meaningful outcomes. This is a hybrid role based in one of our offices in Seattle, Denver or Toronto. The starting salary is USD $85,000, with the overall range varying by region and experience, as this role is advertised across multiple locations in the US and Canada.
Some of the essentialexperiencesyou'llbring may include:
At leastfiveyears' experience working within a 501c3 charity or an equivalent non-profit or philanthropicorganization
Demonstrated experience building and managing stakeholder relationships within a business development,fundraisingor partnership environment.
Experience working with fundraising,financialtargetsand budgets.
Working knowledge of environmental and social impacts within a business setting.
An understanding of philanthropy within the US context.
A genuine connection toIntrepid'sresponsible travel philosophy and Purpose Beyond Profit ethos.
