Job description
FactSet is seeking a seasoned M&A leader to head Corporate Development in New York/CT hybrid locations. You will drive end-to-end M&A, strategic investments and partnerships, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with the executive leadership to shape inorganic growth.
The role requires 15+ years in relevant fields, including buy-side M&A, with strong financial modelling, due diligence and negotiation skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
