Job description
AXIS Capital seeks a senior leader to head Insights & Analytics for North America, translating strategic priorities into data products and AI capabilities. You will partner with underwriting leadership to improve risk selection, portfolio management and operational efficiency, while guiding governance and responsible AI programs.
You will manage and develop a high-performing team, promote agile, product-oriented delivery, and ensure scalable, reusable data products across the organization.
