Penn State University seeks a decisive IPS-EC Department Head to lead the Integrated Power Systems – Energy Conversion group within the ESPS Division at ARL. The role focuses on strategic direction, people management, and execution excellence to deliver cutting-edge energy conversion technologies for naval undersea platforms and other defense applications.
