Architecture, Design & Creative Industries - Interior Design Recruitment Specialist
About The Role:
A renowned and prestigious global architecture firm is looking for an innovative and strategic Director of Interiors to lead the interiors endeavours of the practice. This role presents a rare opportunity to redefine the firm’s approach to interior architecture, driving creativity, excellence, and innovation across a diverse and impactful portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision, capable of developing unique material and design solutions tailored to each project’s context.

Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the creative direction of all interior projects, driving innovation and maintaining the highest standards of design quality
Develop tailored interior solutions that respond thoughtfully to the unique context and character of each project
Cultivate and mentor a collaborative interiors team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and professional growth
Strengthen and maintain client relationships, ensuring seamless alignment between design vision and project objectives
Define and implement financial strategies to support the interiors practice’s growth and long-term success
Oversee all aspects of FF&E, including concept development, budgeting, procurement, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
Key Skills/Requirements:
10+ years of experience in interior design, with a minimum of 5 years leading an interiors team or studio
A strong portfolio showcasing built projects that exemplify innovation and design excellence
Deep knowledge of materials, detailing, and craftsmanship, with a passion for pushing design boundaries
Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with a talent for conveying design intent
Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution
