Trusted by thousands of enterprises worldwide, we are expanding our North American presence and are seeking an accomplished investment banking leader to drive our strategic capital markets initiatives.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Investment Banking to lead our corporate finance, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investor relations initiatives. This executive will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute financing strategies that support the company's long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead equity and debt fundraising initiatives with institutional investors, private equity firms, venture capital funds, family offices, and strategic investors.
Support IPO readiness and evaluate public market opportunities, including IPOs, RTOs, Direct Listings, and other listing strategies.
Develop and execute the company's capital markets strategy to support domestic and international expansion.
Monitor trends across U.S. capital markets, technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
Identify, evaluate, and lead mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and joint venture opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, analysts, private equity firms, and corporate development teams.
Prepare and oversee investor presentations, financial models, valuation analyses, due diligence materials, and transaction documentation.
Lead negotiations with investors, financial institutions, advisors, and strategic partners.
Advise executive leadership on financing structures, corporate valuation, market opportunities, and strategic transactions.
Monitor capital markets, industry trends, and emerging investment opportunities within cybersecurity and enterprise software.
Partner with finance, legal, and executive leadership to ensure successful execution of all transactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is an asset.
6+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or capital markets experience.
Demonstrated success leading capital raises, M&A transactions, and strategic advisory engagements.
Strong network across institutional investors, family offices, venture capital, private equity, and investment banking communities.
Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
Experience within technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software is highly preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple strategic initiatives.
